Arrived down for breakfast at 10.20 and hot breakfast was cleared away. Only had orange juice, tea and toast. Disappointed. On a weekends I think breakfast should be until 11am.

I will look into why the hot buffet was cleared at 10.20am as our breakfast is open on weekends until 10.30am and is not cleared away until 10.40am. I apologise you didn't get to fully enjoy our wide selection of freshly cooked breakfast and I hope you return to us again in the near future to see this isn't the norm. A great 2 nights break. Conveniently located with easy access to the city centre. If ever in the Kilkenny area again would certainly book to stay in the Aspect.

lovely relaxing hotel.excellent staff and fantastic choice of freshly cooked breakfast. a car is a must when staying here but nice and quiet, away from the city centre

Our stay wasnt very successful. Initially I booked for Friday and Saturday, but then cancelled the Friday by email, and received a confirmation it had been done. When I arrived on the Saturday I was told there was no booking. I had to pull out my email to prove I had booked the room. There was only one room left so I cant imagine what we would have done if you hadnt had a room. The next morning the receptionist explained that the person who took my email to cancel the friday, didnt carry out the actions and I had been charged for the Friday as they assumed I wasnt coming, and then they also cancelled the Saturday night. So a cock up from start to finish really. Thank God for email proof or I would have been stranded in Kilkenny.
