RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
===============================
CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
We accept all major credit and debit cards and we reserve the right to pre-authorise your card prior to arrival. Should there be any issues regarding the validity of the card or should the card be declined, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Every effort will be made to contact you through the contact details you have provided on your reservation before your booking is cancelled.

CHECK IN
Check in time is 3pm. We require a credit card pre-authorisation to cover any additional charges during your stay. An official form of ID (passport or driving license only) will be requested on check in. Failure to produce ID matching the name on the reservation may result in refusal of check in to the hotel.

CANCELLATIONS
We understand that plans change. Should you wish to cancel your reservation, please refer to the terms and conditions relating to the rate plan you have booked. Cancellations can be made using the 'CANCEL BOOKING' button at the end of this email. In the event of late cancellation or non-arrival, you will be charged for the total cost of your stay for all rooms booked for all nights, including any pre-booked amenities.

NON-ARRIVAL
If you have not checked-in by 8am the morning after your confirmed arrival date, we will assume your reservation is cancelled and you will be charged the fees as above.

GROUP BOOKINGS
Whether a group booking is made through one organiser or booked as individual reservations made in succession, the hotel may pool the individual bookings into one group and our group terms and conditions will apply.
